People who suffer from excessive sweating, also known as hyperhydrosis, usually describe the problem with the same word........embarrassing!
Excessive sweating can quite literally take over your life. Whether it's sweaty underarms you suffer with, sweaty feet, or sweaty hands, excessive sweating can destroy your self confidence. It's a vicious cycle... the more you try to stop sweating, the more you think about it and the more you sweat. You constantly worry about it when you're out and it ruins your good time. You're always having to pick darker tops so those pit stains don't show for all the world to see. It's a real problem that causes stress and unnecessary emotional pain.
Fortunately, this is a condition that can be cured. You don't have to live with the embarrassing problem... effective treatments do exist! My aim in this blog is to show you the best ways to rid yourself of excessive sweating.
Some common treatments to stop excessive sweating

The most common way to treat excessive sweating is through the use of antiperspirants, which normally prevent sweating and reduce body odors. Aluminum chloride hexahydrate is the active ingredient in antiperspirants. For less severe sweating, this can normally be effective in treating the problem.
For more severe cases however, other treatments exist:
- Glycopyrrolate- this is a prescription medication that works through preventing stimulation of sweat glands. It's proven to be effective, but has some side effects including dizziness and dry mouth.
- Iontophoresis- this is a method that uses electricity to momentarily turn off the sweat glands; this technique works best for hands and feet.
Hands and feet are placed in water, where a gentle electric current is passed through, and can last for about 20 minutes. The side effects of this treatment can include skin cracking and blisters. - Botox- Severe underarm sweating can be remedied with a rigorous treatment through Botox. A large dose of purified botulinum toxin is injected into the underarm area. This blocks the nerves that stimulate sweating.
Botox injections can also be used in other parts of the body where sweating is a problem. The downside to this treatment is that it's very painful, and can cause short term weakness

Here are a few testimonials:
- "Cured and confident" This is way overdue. It seems like I was born with my sweating problem. I don't remember a time when I wasn't sweating.
And after all these years, I've come to realize that doctors don't understand this problem at all.
What you wrote in your book made total sense and it's working great. I'm cured and confident that it will never come back. Thank you Mike.
Paul Vu, Irvine, California - "Started working the next day"I'm 16 years old and have had a problem with sweating for several years. Last week I talked my Dad into buying the book for me since I'm totally broke.
He made me promise that I'd remember to ask for my money back if it didn't work because he didn't think that it would.
I can tell you that it started working the very next day and it's gotten better every day. This is great. Thanks.
Justin Peele, McAllen, Texas - "As easy as brushing your teeth" I would start sweating right after getting out of the shower and my shirt would be wet as soon as I put it on. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with me.
Your cure sounded too good to be true. Nothing in life is ever that easy. Like most of these things, I figured there would be some kind of catch.
But you delivered on your promise and I'm so glad you did. It really is as easy as brushing your teeth.
I started noticing a big difference after the third day - and I think it was around the tenth day that I realized it was gone.
It was really "no sweat" :)
